Distribution of Zooplankton Functional Groups in the Chaohu Lake Basin, China

To analyze the structural characteristics of zooplankton functional groups (ZFGs) and their correlation with environmental physicochemical factors in Chaohu Lake Basin, water samples were collected from October 2019 to July 2020, species ZFGs investigated. A total 250 species, including 88 protozoa, 115 rotifers, 28 cladocerans, 19 copepod detected divided into 16 ZFGs. The exhibited obvious spatiotemporal heterogeneity. notably different those rivers between rivers. In ecosystem, network analysis showed that protozoan algae/protozoan bacteria (PA/PB), rotifer particle filter (RF), small predator (RSG) important spring, summer, autumn (SCF) was autumn, winter, while importance other changed seasons.
